What kind of products do you stock?
We offer a full range of healthy snacks, drinks, and premium products tailored to your team’s preferences. That includes protein pots, crisps, chocolates, soft drinks, energy drinks, and healthier alternatives. We’re not locked into one supplier. If your team has specific dietary needs or brand preferences, just let us know and we’ll accommodate.
How does the contactless payment work?
Every EM Smart Vending machine is fitted with a Nayax card reader that accepts all major contactless cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your team simply taps their card or phone on the reader, opens the door, takes what they want, and closes it. The AI sensors detect what was taken and charge accordingly. Receipts are sent instantly via email or SMS if requested.
What happens if the machine breaks down or runs out of stock?
We monitor every machine remotely in real time. If stock runs low, our system alerts us and we restock proactively. If there’s a technical issue, we’re notified immediately and arrange a same day or next day fix depending on severity. You’ll never need to chase us. We stay on top of it so you don’t have to.
