Cost and Setup

Is there really no cost for the machine?

Yes. We supply, deliver, install and stock the machine at no cost to you. There are no upfront fees, no monthly rental charges and no hidden costs. You simply provide the space and a standard power socket.

How quickly can you install a machine?

Most installations are completed within two weeks of the initial site visit. For urgent requirements, we can often move faster. The installation itself typically takes around one hour.

What do we need to provide?

Just a suitable location with enough space for the machine, a standard 13 amp power socket within reach and reasonable access for our restocking team. We handle everything else.

Is there a minimum contract period?

We typically agree an initial period of 12 months to allow the machine to settle in and build a regular customer base. After that, arrangements are flexible and designed to work for both parties.

What if we are not happy with the service?

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is not working, we want to know so we can fix it. We are always open to adjusting product ranges, restocking schedules or machine placement to improve the experience.


Technology

How does the contactless payment work?

Tap your bank card or smartphone on the payment reader. The door unlocks automatically. Take the items you want and close the door. The system charges you automatically for exactly what you took. No apps or accounts needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

All contactless bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. We do not accept cash as our machines are designed for a fully contactless experience.

How do you monitor stock levels?

Each machine has built in sensors and remote monitoring technology. We can see stock levels, temperature data and sales patterns in real time. This means we restock proactively before items run out.

What happens if the machine has a fault?

Our machines send automatic alerts if anything unusual is detected. In most cases, we can diagnose and resolve issues remotely. For physical faults, our engineers aim to attend within 24 hours.


Products

What products do you stock?

A wide range including cold drinks, snacks, sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit, protein bars, energy drinks, confectionery. We tailor the product mix to suit your team based on preferences and sales data.

Can we request specific products?

Absolutely. We encourage it. If your team has specific preferences or dietary requirements, let us know and we will do our best to include them in the range.

Do you offer healthy options?

Yes. We stock a full range of healthy options including fresh salads, fruit pots, protein snacks, low sugar drinks, vegan options and more. Many of our clients choose a predominantly healthy product mix.

How do you keep products fresh?

Our smart fridges maintain precise temperature control and we monitor this remotely 24/7. Products are date checked at every restock visit and anything approaching its use by date is removed.


Maintenance and Service

How often do you restock?

Restocking frequency depends on usage. Most machines are restocked two to three times per week. High traffic locations may be restocked daily. We use sales data to optimise the schedule.

Who handles cleaning and maintenance?

We do. Every restock visit includes a full clean of the machine interior and exterior. We also handle all maintenance, repairs and technical support at no cost to you.

What if a product gets stuck or the machine jams?

Our smart fridge technology means products are on open shelves, not behind spirals. You simply open the door and take what you want. There are no jams, no stuck products and no frustration.


Eligibility and Coverage

How many people need to be on site?

We typically work with locations that have 50 or more people regularly on site. This ensures enough usage to keep the machine well stocked and commercially viable. If you are close to that number, get in touch and we will discuss it.

What areas do you cover?

We currently serve Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire. This includes towns such as Bedford, Luton, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Watford, Stevenage, Northampton and many more.

Can you serve locations outside these areas?

Potentially. If your location is just outside our core service area, get in touch and we will see what we can do. We are growing and expanding our coverage all the time.

Do you work with all types of businesses?

Yes. We serve offices, warehouses, factories, gyms, leisure centres, care homes, apartment buildings, hotels and more. If you have people on site who need refreshments, we can help.
