1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the EM Smart Vending website (emsmartvending.com) and the interactive vending machine services provided by Essential Minis Ltd (Company No. 15922314), trading as EM Smart Vending. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

EM Smart Vending provides fully managed interactive vending machines to workplaces across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire. Our service includes the supply, delivery, installation, stocking, cleaning and maintenance of vending machines at no cost to the host location.

3. Eligibility

Our no cost vending machine service is available to locations that meet the following criteria:

• 50 or more people regularly on site
• A suitable indoor location with a standard 13 amp power socket
• Within our service area (Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire or Northamptonshire)
• Reasonable access for our restocking team

We reserve the right to assess each location and determine suitability at our discretion.

4. No Cost Model

There are no upfront fees, monthly charges or hidden costs to the host location for our vending machine service. We invest in the machine, stock and service. Revenue is generated through product sales to end users. The host location provides the space and power supply.

5. Products and Pricing

Product prices are displayed on the interactive vending machine and are subject to change. We aim to offer competitive pricing on all products. Product ranges are tailored to each location and may be adjusted based on sales data and feedback.

6. Payment

Our interactive vending machines accept contactless payment only, including bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. We do not accept cash. Payment is processed automatically when you close the vending machine door after selecting your items.

7. Machine Ownership

All vending machines remain the property of Essential Minis Ltd at all times. The host location does not acquire any ownership rights over the machine or its contents. The machine must not be moved, modified or tampered with by anyone other than Essential Minis Ltd personnel.

8. Maintenance and Support

We are responsible for all maintenance, repairs and technical support for our vending machines. This includes regular cleaning, restocking and any necessary repairs. The host location should not attempt to repair or service the machine. If a fault occurs, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

Essential Minis Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our vending machines or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of products purchased in the relevant transaction. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Essential Minis Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the vending machine service agreement by providing reasonable written notice. Upon termination, we will arrange collection of the machine at a mutually convenient time. The host location must allow access for machine removal.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
